The Coronado Community Foundation offers you an easy way to organize and focus your giving to support the causes you care about. A donor advised fund is like having your own charitable checking account.
You can have checks sent to your favorite nonprofits anywhere in the country using the convenience of the foundation’s online system. You can also find and fund needs closer to home.
Donor advised funds are great for tax planning. You can make charitable donations into your fund when it makes sense for your taxes. Then, you decide when it’s time to make grants from your fund to the nonprofits you care about.
Want to give appreciated stock or real estate? The Coronado Community Foundation can accept those and other types of assets, turning them into cash for your charitable giving.
