WHY A COMMUNITY FOUNDATION FOR CORONADO

Coronado has a storied history of philanthropy, community service, local enrichment, and citizens that put others before themselves.  Fast forward to 2021 and those same elements are still strong. Our history continues to shape our future and it’s what makes our community so special.  There is an unlimited amount of heart in our town and the Coronado Community Foundation is an answer to our residents and visitors alike wishing to help foster a vibrant future.

Coronado is blessed with a tremendous arts community! Acclaimed painters, sculptors, photographers, writers, composers and music ensembles; gifted singers from Opera and Musical Theatre to folk, pop & Rock & Roll; one of the region’s best professional theatres and one of its best community playhouses. Such a vibrant community needs, and will thrive, with the support of a Coronado Community Foundation.
