Donor Advised Funds help facilitate your active involvement in the granting process. Funds are managed and administered by the Coronado Community Foundation.

A Donor Advised Fund is a fund you establish and name at the Coronado Community Foundation. You, or your designee, can specify grants from the fund to your favorite charitable organizations. You can count on the CCF to advise you regarding where your funds might be best put to use to improve Coronado, but all grants are your decision. Donors advise the Foundation about preferences regarding grant recipients, grant amounts and fund permanence. The Coronado Community Foundation manages the assets and administers the granting process. With a minimum gift of $1,800, you can open a Donor Advised Fund and begin recommending grants starting as low as $100.
A Donor Advised Fund allows donors to direct all of their charitable contributions through one personal philanthropic account. Upon giving to the fund, donors receive immediate tax benefits and may support nonprofits of their choice anytime in the future.
